Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure 24/7 Operational Uptime:
Oversee all Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) installations across the critical site to guarantee
zero downtime
for all essential systems.
Strategic HVAC Management:
Serve as the primary technical expert for all HVAC systems, focusing on preventive maintenance, immediate fault resolution, and performance optimization to maintain required environmental conditions.
Team Leadership & Management:
Directly manage a large, multi-skilled team of
48 technical members
, including delegating tasks, ensuring shift coverage, conducting performance reviews, and developing team capability.
Comprehensive Site Maintenance:
Take full ownership of the site's entire E&M infrastructure, including HT/LT panels, DG sets, chillers, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), fire systems, and associated electrical distribution networks.
Safety and Compliance:
Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols (LOTO, permit-to-work, etc.) and ensure all site operations and maintenance activities adhere to local statutory regulations and organizational quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities, system logs, energy consumption data, and failure analysis reports to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in a facility where
HVAC and Electrical systems are mission-critical
(e.g., Data Centres, Hospitals, Manufacturing Units).
Relevant certifications in safety or specific HVAC/Electrical equipment.
Ex-servicemen from the Military Engineering Services (MES)
are strongly encouraged to apply due to their highly relevant experience with critical infrastructure maintenance and stringent protocol adherence.
