MEP Engineer (Electrical)

Job Description:

We are looking for a MEP Engineer (Electrical) to oversee the planning, execution, and quality control of Electrical & MEP works for high-rise group housing projects in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution and supervision of Electrical & MEP works at site
• Handling HT & LT systems, including panels, transformers, DG sets, earthing & lighting
• Coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Preparation and checking of BOQ, estimates, and material requisitions
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
• Troubleshooting electrical / MEP issues during execution
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and site records

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Electrical / MEP systems
• Hands-on experience with HT & LT works
• Knowledge of quality control, estimation, and billing
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD – basic)
• Understanding of electrical drawings and coordination drawings

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential / group housing projects

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Site-oriented professional with strong execution skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Experience in real estate / construction industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
