Job Description

As an experienced MEP Engineer Electrical in the Third Party role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Designing electrical systems for high-value residential developments, including power distribution, lighting, fire safety, security infrastructure, and home automation integration. - Overseeing the installation of electrical systems and coordinating projects for luxury residential properties. - Ensuring compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and quality expectations for upscale residential projects. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. - Specialized experience in high-end residential and apartment projects with a deep understanding of luxury residential MEP systems and premium fixtures. - Successful completion of at least one residential project from conception to handover, showcasing expertise in design development, execution, testing, commissioning, and final delivery.
