We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Solar Sales and Installation Executive with an electrical background to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end solar sales and installation processfrom lead generation to post-installation support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about clean energy and looking to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Sales Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their energy needs. Present and promote solar energy solutions, emphasizing benefits and ROI. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals; negotiate and close sales deals. 2. Project Coordination Collaborate with clients to finalize project specifications. Coordinate with internal teams for site surveys and project planning. Ensure timely completion of documentation and contract agreements. 3. Installation Oversight Supervise installation activities, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Assist technical teams in resolving on-site issues and maintaining project timelines. Conduct post-installation quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and project timelines. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and project status. Key Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. Skills & Experience: Freshers or professionals with prior experience in solar sales or installation are encouraged to apply. Understanding of solar systems, electrical components, and installation procedures. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
