Position: Third Party Role
Experience Required: 5-8 years

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Specialized experience in high-end/high-value residential and apartment projects. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of luxury residential MEP systems, premium fixtures, and sophisticated electrical infrastructure requirements typical in upscale residential developments.

Must have successfully completed at least one residential project from conception to handover, demonstrating comprehensive project lifecycle experience including design development, execution, testing, commissioning, and final delivery.

The MEP Engineer - Electrical will be responsible for electrical system design, installation oversight, and project coordination for high-value residential developments. This includes power distribution systems, lighting design, fire safety systems, security infrastructure, home automation integration, and coordination with other MEP disciplines. The role requires ensuring compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and luxury residential quality expectations.

Strong technical expertise in electrical design software, project management capabilities, vendor coordination experience, and proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management in premium residential projects.
