Job Description

Role Overview: As a Third Party MEP Engineer Electrical, you will be responsible for electrical system design, installation oversight, and project coordination for high-value residential developments. Your role will involve managing power distribution systems, lighting design, fire safety systems, security infrastructure, home automation integration, and coordination with other MEP disciplines. It is essential to ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and luxury residential quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Designing electrical systems for high-end residential projects - Overseeing the installation process and ensuring quality control - Coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless project execution - Ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards - Managing vendor coordination and communication effectively - Contributing to the design development, testing, commissioning, and final delivery of projects Qualification Required: - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution - 5-8 years of experience in specialized high-end residential and apartment projects - Strong technical expertise in electrical design software - Proven project management capabilities - Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious residential developments, providing your specialized electrical engineering expertise to high-value property projects.,
