Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in site coordination, project execution, and technical problem-solving, especially in the commercial and corporate workspace sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee implementation of MEP systems across residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure MEP integration with overall project designs.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during project execution.
• Review technical drawings, prepare BOQs, and assist in cost estimations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works as per project schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in interior or corporate workspace projects.
• Proficiency in MEP design software and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and team coordination skills.
• Fluent in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu (preferred for effective site coordination).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
