Job Description

Candidate should have sound knowledge for all the MEP related works forresidential, Infra & Plotted Development.
The candidate should be able to Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction.
Should manage all the liasoning related works/documentation
Software Skills: Autocad, Microsoft office, MS Projects.
Should have knowledge of IS codes and NBC and IGBC norms
Should coordinate with all the consultants for timely delivery of drawingsand documents as per site requirement.
Prepare BOQ for tendering purpose.
MEP engineers create detailed plans and specifications for mechanical,electrical, and plumbing systems.
work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other constructionprofessionals to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overallbuilding design
MEP engineers ensure that all MEP systems comply with relevant buildingcodes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
