*Coordinate and manage the delivery of design and drawings from DBR stage to detail, coordinated and GFC stage
*Review of DBR, space planning, BOQ and MEPF drawings and provide feedback to consultants
*Review Fire NOC submittals and provide feedback to client / consultants
*Propose and brainstorm value engineering in design development stages
*Set design protocols according to relevant codes and standards. Ensure compliance of safety and regulatory norms
*Apply technical knowledge to meet all stakeholder expectations
*Knowledge on local codes, regulations, and quality standards
*Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take
*Undertake periodic site visits, assist in resolution of RFIs, provide technical guidance to the project team
Education: Masters in Mechanical /EEE
Experience: 12+ years experience in MEP Design/ Design coordination with at least 3 years as a Design Manager
Technical Skills: MEPF design/ design review, value engineering for residential/ commercial/ healthcare/
hospitality/ industrial projects
Software Skills :
Required : AutoCAD, MS Office , BIM 360
Exposure to: Revit , BIM
Knowledge of RIBA standards
