* Engage with MEP & allied consultants for capability assessment and appointment on board as per tracker timelines
* Support the regional & large projects MEP team by providing inputs and feedbacks for getting the necessary approvals
* Guide the regional MEP and intervene for effective trouble shooting, wherever required, to meet the Tracker timelines for all the stages
* Ensure Issuance of all MEP & allied services tender packages to contracts team as per the timelines & quality.
* Respond to RFIs in stipulated time & ensure the technical queries are resolved.
* Ensure the relevant sustainability criteria is established across projects & consistently monitoring the progress wrt the intent and recommendations.
* Constantly explore the latest innovations in the market, review the feasibility of implementation and introduce innovative technologies in the business
* Explore value engineering possibilities at various stages of the design process to ensure most optimized design reached site for execution
* Undertake regular site visits and inspections and highlights deviations and snags to ensure the design guidelines are adhered to
* Oversee the final commissioning and handing over and ensure the same is as per the agreed SOP
