MEP and HVAC Manager

The MEP and HVAC Manager will oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems for all projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure high-quality project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage MEP and HVAC systems in compliance with project requirements, local codes, and safety standards
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Review and approve technical drawings, design documents, and BOQs
• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and selection (AHU, VRF, chillers, copper coil units, etc.)
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control for MEP and HVAC installations.
• Prepare project schedules, material lists, and cost estimates
• Lead troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of MEP and HVAC systems
• Manage and mentor project engineers and technicians
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, Revit software
• Proficiency in heat load calculations, static pressure, and duct design
• Expertise in MEP coordination and services integration
• Ability to interpret and review engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• BE in Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 6-10 years of experience in MEP and HVAC design, installation, and project management.
• Experience in Oil And Gas, Pharma Industry (R&D), Commercial Industry is required for this role
