Primary Job Responsibilities

Mentoring Students for UPSC preparation.
Coordinate regarding students learnings, study schedule, weaker areas, improvement, etc. Clear doubts of students regarding their academic requirements and also help them manage the exam pressure. Be the support system for the students during this cumbersome journey.

Specific Knowledge Skills

Candidate should have given at least 3 UPSC CSE Mains or given 2 Mains and 1 interview.
Candidate should have a good command of general studies and their optional subject particularly. Candidate should be pro-active in helping students. Candidate should engage proficiently with the team and the students. A good command over Essay Paper will be an added advantage. Duly updated with current affairs.
