The Role

We’re hiring a Mental Health Consultant who’s confident, self-driven, and strong at building trust. Your role will involve helping individuals understand how therapy can support them and guiding them to make an informed decision.

What You'll Do

• Speak with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend the right therapy plan
• Communicate with empathy and clarity across calls, messages, and referrals
• Support clients through the decision-making process and ensure a smooth onboarding
• Collaborate with the therapy and ops teams to deliver a consistent experience
• Maintain outreach records and track key performance metrics
• Share feedback and ideas to improve our sales messaging and processes

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence and emotional intelligence during 1:1 conversations
• Self-motivated and consistent — you take ownership of your targets
• Passionate about mental health and the impact it can create
• 0–2 years experience in business development, client servicing, or similar roles is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced setup
