Mendix Low-Code Technical Lead

• Lead a team of developers and engineers to build, customize, and deploy applications on the Mendix low-code platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Mendix.
• Oversee the architecture and design of Mendix applications ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide hands-on development support, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and optimize Mendix applications for maximum efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest Mendix features, updates, and best practices to ensure we are leveraging the platform to its full potential.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Skills Required

• Architecting and designing robust Mendix applications, ensuring scalability and performance
• Defining technical standards and guidelines for Mendix development within the team
• Proven experience with the Mendix low-code/no-code platform (certification is a plus).
• Strong experience in application development and design using Mendix.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, architecture, and design patterns.
• Ability to work with front-end and back-end technologies within the Mendix environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about software solutions.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with integrations (APIs, web services, databases).
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
• Knowledge of additional low-code platforms like OutSystems, Appian, etc.
