We are currently looking for a Mendix Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience (6 years relevant in Mendix), to join our team based in PAN India. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team and must have Mendix tool (Mendix studio pro) installed in the system while attending the interview. As a Mendix Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of Mendix developers in designing and implementing complex, high-performance applications while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Energies, Oil & Gas industry knowledge is an added advantage. The role requires 5-8 years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Mendix and certifications such as Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (required) and Mendix Expert Certification (preferred). Key Responsibilities: - Deep understanding of low-code application development, architecture, and deployment using the Mendix platform. - Expertise in Mendix web and mobile app development, with proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro and Mendix Studio. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks. - Experience with integration protocols like REST, SOAP, and XML, and familiarity with database technologies like MSSQL or PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. - Solid knowledge of industrial operations, factory site management, and energy sector applications. - Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to understand business requirements. - Familiarity with Azure Active Directory for implementing SSO and managing RBAC within Mendix applications. - Maintain application quality and consistency, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance metrics. - Document technical applications including architecture, design decisions, and system configurations. - Work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies. - Team management/Team lead experience is preferred.
