Project based company, Machine tool/ SPM Machine mfg Industry, Mfg Engg. Industry. Well versed with various Management System Requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001, ISMS 27001 etc), ERP, MS Office, PPT.
1. To ensure QMS system understood & implemented across organisation, function,diifferent location
2. Knowledge of QMS std , QC tools , Problem solving tools , Internal audits,Design of expt
3. Understanding changes of QMS stds & how system can be used effetively to achieve organisation objectives
4. Knowledge of MIS & MIS presentation, Cost of Poor quality
5. Knowledge of Business procedure , QMS procedure ,Internal QMS audits, Data analysis
6. Computer Knowledge, Preparation of MIS report , Presentation, SPC
7 Define layer process audit check sheet & identify the opportunity for improvements, identify the deviation in process, procedure
8 Develop the internal audit plan & implement & report finding
9 Liasion with Third party auditor , customer visit , customer audit
10 Knowledge of with CE , UL , IATF , IMS std
11 Risk assessment & Risk mitigation methods
12 Can do focus audit inhouse or supplier end
13 Develop , Coach the team & CFT member
1. Implement the internal audit plan & documentation
2 Act as co ordinator for Customer visit , audit , company representative for QMS system
