Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using TestComplete and other tools, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, with a focus on TestComplete, as well as a working knowledge of Python scripting for automation support.
Requirements:

Design and maintain automation frameworks using TestComplete; develop and execute test scripts for web, desktop, and APIs
Work with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, scope, and effort estimation
Identify, analyze, and report defects with detailed steps and logs
Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
Write Python scripts for automation support and tool integration
Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, TestComplete, and Python scripting
Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate and report effectively
