Industry. Well versed with various Management System Requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001, ISMS 27001 etc), ERP, MS Office, PPT. Purpose of Job I MS - Implement, Maintain and Monitor for Effectiveness. Key Responsibilities : 1. To ensure QMS system understood & implemented across organisation, function,diifferent location 2. Knowledge of QMS std , QC tools , Problem solving tools , Internal audits,Design of expt 3. Understanding changes of QMS stds & how system can be used effetively to achieve organisation objectives 4. Knowledge of MIS & MIS presentation, Cost of Poor quality 5. Knowledge of Business procedure , QMS procedure ,Internal QMS audits, Data analysis 6. Computer Knowledge, Preparation of MIS report , Presentation, SPC 7 Define layer process audit check sheet & identify the opportunity for improvements, identify the deviation in process, procedure 8 Develop the internal audit plan & implement & report finding 9 Liasion with Third party auditor , customer visit , customer audit 10 Knowledge of with CE , UL , IATF , IMS std 11 Risk assessment & Risk mitigation methods 12 Can do focus audit inhouse or supplier end 13 Develop , Coach the team & CFT member Key Authorities 1. Implement the internal audit plan & documentation 2 Act as co ordinator for Customer visit , audit , company representative for QMS system
