We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (L2) 100% work from office. With fixed salary & permanent hiring. Designation- Customer Support Associate (L2). Job Profile- Have to resolute customers query Voice Call Mandatory Criteria- Min HS Passed. Fresher & experienced both can apply Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month Customer orientation. Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining 10.5 hour of the day, 9.5 hrs. work and 1 hour break 5 days working Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy Interview Structure- HR round - General check. – Typing Test OPS round – General Check Voice Versant (V4 and above) PMAP Client Round – Video Call Payouts – Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate – 220,000 LPA. Fresher- 212,000 LPA. Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn’t have any PF account) 192,100 LPA. 100% fixed salary Pick up or drop for odd shifts Documents Required – Education Mark sheets Aadhar Card Pan Card Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only) Location details for Walkin interview: Tech Mahindra, DLF2, 3rd Floor, Block B, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156(Opposite of Geetanjali) Candidates need to carry CV & Aadhar card(Government id card)
