  • Lead and manage the

    PAN India CRO team

    for cross-selling Mediclaim and Motor insurance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration among

    jewellery retailers, textile traders, and manufacturing units

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of CROs.
  • Coordinate with operations and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Train and motivate the team on product knowledge,
