Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and triage in OPD and emergency departments.
  
• Assist in the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic medical conditions under physician supervision.
  
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including TMT (Treadmill Test), ECO (Echocardiography), and lumbar spine evaluations (Lumber Faction).
  
• Support ICU operations by monitoring vital signs, assisting with life-support systems, and documenting patient status.
  
• Respond promptly to emergency medical situations, providing immediate care and coordinating with the critical care team.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical documentation standards.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.
  
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety guidelines.
  
• Participate in regular training, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Completion of internship or mandatory rotating internship (MRI) as per medical council guidelines.
  
• Proficiency in ICU protocols, emergency care procedures, and critical care fundamentals.
  
• Hands-on experience or training in performing and interpreting TMT, ECO, and lumbar spine assessments.
  
• Strong understanding of OPD workflows, patient intake, and outpatient management.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent) and compliance with state medical board requirements.
