As a Medical Report Typist specializing in Sonography and X-ray, your role will involve performing the following key responsibilities: - Typing Sonography and X-Ray reports with accuracy - Maintaining PNDT forms - Transcribing medical reports from ultrasound images - Ensuring the accuracy of medical reports - Maintaining the confidentiality of patient information - Following up with doctors and other medical staff for additional information - Keeping records of all transcribed reports - Updating medical records as required Qualifications required for this position include: - Any Graduate or Bachelors degree in Medical Transcription - Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical report typing, specifically in Sonography and X-ray from a recognized center/hospital - Candidates with a healthcare background will be preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, requiring you to work in person at the specified location.
