Job Description

As an Executive Assistant Medical Transcriptionist at SSII, an US based medical devices company in Gurgaon, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare operations by providing administrative and medical transcription assistance. Your responsibilities will include: - Transcribing medical notes and recordings accurately and efficiently. - Managing executive calendars, appointments, and schedules proactively. - Preparing reports, presentations, and documents for clinical and administrative purposes. - Coordinating professional communications internally and externally. - Maintaining confidentiality of patient, clinical, and organizational information. - Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting planning, and task follow-ups. - Collaborating with healthcare professionals and teams to ensure smooth documentation and workflow. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proficiency in medical terminology across multiple specialties. - Excellent typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with high accuracy. - Strong calendar and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription software. - Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. - Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. - Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelors or masters degree in biomedical engineering, Health Sciences, or a related field. - Prior experience in medical transcription, clinical research documentation, or healthcare administration. - Familiarity with clinical protocols, medical devices, or healthcare systems is advantageous. In this role, you will primarily: - Transcribe medical notes and documentation accurately. - Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments. - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping. - Assist with administrative tasks to support healthcare operations.
