Job Description:

We are looking for 2 Medical Tourism Executives (1 Male, 1 Female) with a healthcare background (DMLT/Paramedical) and strong English communication skills. The role involves patient coordination, lead management, and hospital liaison. High-performing candidates may also get the opportunity for international business development travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming patient leads from various sources (calls, emails, online).
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients, explain treatments, and convert inquiries into confirmed cases.
• Conduct continuous follow-ups with patients and hospitals on behalf of Cure To Heal.
• Assist patients with hospital admission, treatment coordination, and discharge processes.
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and hospital staff.
• Coordinate logistics such as airport transfers, accommodation, and hospital visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records, leads status, and documentation.
• Opportunity for international travel for business development (based on capability & performance).

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: DMLT / Paramedical / Healthcare-related background.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Confident in handling calls, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and hospital systems preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and coordination skills.
• Patient-centric, empathetic, and professional approach.
