Endurance Tec is a forward-thinking digital agency based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in web development, digital marketing, branding, and creative design solutions. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our talented creative team.

Job Description:

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Endurance Tec, you’ll work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to deliver visually engaging designs for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and branding projects. We're looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for social media posts, website banners, ads, presentations, brochures, and more
• Assist in developing and refining brand identities for clients
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team on visual strategy and execution
• Utilize tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to produce high-quality designs
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW
• Strong visual sense and understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• A compelling portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
