Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design team to create visually appealing and effective designs that meet our clients' needs. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects under the guidance of Senior Designers while also contributing your creative ideas to the team. Responsibilities: - Design a wide range of graphic assets including logos, websites, blogs, articles, infographics, social media creatives, and landing pages. - Conduct research and brainstorm to generate innovative design ideas for content and marketing purposes. - Assist in creating designs that effectively communicate information to our clients' target audience while ensuring they align with brand guidelines. - Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to understand project requirements and campaign objectives. - Maintain a design style guide to facilitate team understanding of brand guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the design industry. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer or UI Designer. - Proficiency in design software & tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, etc. - Knowledge of current visual elements, fonts, design techniques, and aesthetics. - Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. - Creative mindset with strong artistic abilities. - Ability to multitask and excellent communication skills.
