This role is ideal for professionals who have worked closely with US doctors and are now looking to leverage that experience to recruit top-tier physicians and healthcare professionals for the US market. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit qualified doctors and healthcare professionals for US clients. Use your prior experience as a medical scribe to understand physician requirements and identify suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage candidate onboarding. Maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing standards and regulations. Requirements: Prior experience as a Medical Scribe in a US healthcare process. Strong understanding of US clinical workflows and healthcare terminologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work onsite in Noida during night shifts (EST hours). Preferred: Experience in US healthcare recruiting or staffing.
