Medical Representative (MR)
We are looking for energetic, target-driven Medical Representatives for Chennai, Madurai, and Coimbatore. Full-time; reports to Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Maintain call averages and territory coverage.
• Implement brand strategies, promotions, and CMEs.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence; submit timely reports, prescription audits, and expense claims.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.
Requirements
• Graduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences.
• 0–5 years pharma sales (freshers with strong communication may apply); Chennai experience preferred.
Skills
• Strong communication, relationship-building, local market knowledge, basic analytics, discipline, and a goal-oriented attitude.
