Job Description

Hearzap.com is looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Executive to promote hearing care solutions and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and customers. The role involves field sales, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote hearing aids and hearing care services to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
• Generate leads and convert them into sales through field visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, and clinics
• Educate customers about hearing loss solutions and product benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Science / Pharma preferred)
• Experience in medical sales, pharma sales, or healthcare sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
