Description
You will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization's services. This includes making telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and potential customers. You will research sources for developing leads and information to assess their potential. Additionally, you will coordinate sales efforts with relevant teams and analyze the market's potential to determine the value of customers to the organization. It is essential to plan and organize your marketing strategy effectively by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for your territory/segment. Staying updated on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends is crucial, achieved through reading pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. Participation in trade shows, conventions, local meetups, and events to generate leads will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any specialization - Experience in Gynaecology product promotion & sales in the same territory will be an added advantage - 3+ years of experience as a sales/marketing executive (Medical reps) - Well connected with Hospitals and Doctors in the region - Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage - Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships - Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record in marketing - Excellent marketing and communication skills - Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback - BBA/MBA degree or equivalent is a plus - Must have a 2-wheeler or any other own-transport to travel within the city - Laptop and/or smartphone for accessing marketing material Training Provided: - Product/services knowledge (features and benefits of the services offered) - Marketing Process Training (understanding customer needs to delivering) - Marketing & Sales Strategy training (various strategies used for marketing) - Follow-up Process (effectiveness of marketing leads to sales) Please note that extensive traveling is involved within the marketing territory, and this position primarily entails fieldwork.
