Job Purpose

The Medical Representative (MR) will promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists within the assigned territory. The role involves meeting sales targets, ensuring consistent doctor conversion, and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies daily to promote and detail company products.
• Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets for the assigned area.
• Ensure effective doctor conversion and brand recall through regular follow-ups.
• Conduct product presentations and educational detailing sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and chemists.
• Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports, prescription analysis, and secondary sales data.
• Participate in company meetings, product training programs, and marketing initiatives.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.

• Familiarity with Gurgaon/Faridabad and surrounding market areas (preferred).

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. / B.Pharma / D.Pharma / Any graduate with a science background (preferred).
