Below are the key details: 🔹 Role: Medical Sales Representative 🔹 Number of positions: 2 🔹 Location: Bangalore (field-based) 🔹 Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong communication skills can apply) 🔹 Responsibilities: •Visit hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes in assigned areas. •Interact with nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to introduce and onboard them to our healthcare service. •Maintain basic reporting on daily outreach and leads. •Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up and progress updates. 🔹 Requirements: •Must own a two-wheeler (bike or moped) for travel. •Good communication and persuasion skills. •Basic understanding of healthcare or medical sales preferred (not mandatory). 🔹 Compensation: •Fixed monthly pay: ₹18,000–₹22,000 (based on experience) •Daily allowance for travel and phone expenses. •Mileage reimbursement: ₹3 per km. 🔹 Work schedule: 6 days a week (Mon–Sat)
