Medical Representative

We are an Indian company based in New Delhi, operating in the pharmaceutical sector and specializing in various therapeutic segments like diabetology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology, and vitamins. We are looking for a Medical Representative with excellent communication skills to join our sales team and help us market our best healthcare products to leading Cardiologists, Diabetologists, General Physicians, clinics and hospitals.

Objectives of this role

• Understand the demographics of the territory and devise medical product sales strategies as per the territory
• Build and foster a thriving relationship with hospitals, doctors, and medical staff.
• Research and learn about the dynamic medical sales job market and be up-to-date with industry trends
• Achieve sales targets set by the company and increase the sales figures with every passing year

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospitals.
• Promote and sell products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical institutions
• Prepare and submit reports to management

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals or a related discipline
• Prior experience working as a medical representative or in a similar role
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel independently and frequently
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to network and foster strong working relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting the Doctors.
• Promoting Brand or explaining benefits which helps to treat patients.
• Generating prescription/Business there by Achieving Goals or targets and fulfilling company requirements with consistent growth.
• Plan day-to-day work, sales and strategy execution.
• Have a good and professional relationship with Doctors, Retailers & Stockists.
• To follow up with Doctors, Retailer & Stockists.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
