Position: Marketing Executive / Medical Representative

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2 - 8 yrs

Offering CTC: Upto 6 Lacs Per Annum

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Shift Timings: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Weekly 2 days need to go to Mumbai (Andheri east) office.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will spearhead the execution of on-ground marketing activities, ensuring maximum brand exposure and consumer engagement. This role demands a hands-on approach to BTL initiatives, event planning, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful launch of product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage BTL marketing strategies, including sampling activities, trade promotions, and retail activations.
• Organize and oversee brand events such as product launches, sponsorships, and local community activities.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and agencies to optimize promotional opportunities.
• Monitor brand presence at events, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
• Track campaign performance metrics and report on outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Work with the team to synchronize marketing efforts with market penetration goals.
• Manage logistics, inventory, and budgets for promotional materials and activities.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences in Mumbai.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and networking abilities.
• A proactive and creative mindset for problem-solving and campaign ideation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Mumbai market is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
