Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Field Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and territory expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships across assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, and referralsPitch company products/services and conduct live product demosAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIsMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat businessCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure client satisfactionCollect market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategyMaintain records of sales activity using CRM toolsAttend industry/networking events for brand visibility and lead generationGenerate daily/weekly field reports and submit performance updates to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)2–6 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct client acquisitionStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to meet or exceed targets in a field-based sales roleWillingness to travel extensively within assigned regionFluency in [local language] and EnglishSelf-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
