Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Doddanekundi, Bengaluru. Industry: [FMCG / Fintech / SaaS / EdTech / Logistics / Real Estate / etc.] Experience: 1–6 years Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Field Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and territory expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting field visits, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships across assigned areas. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, and referrals Pitch company products/services and conduct live product demos Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure client satisfaction Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy Maintain records of sales activity using CRM tools Attend industry/networking events for brand visibility and lead generation Generate daily/weekly field reports and submit performance updates to management Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 2–6 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct client acquisition Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a field-based sales role Willingness to travel extensively within assigned region Fluency in [local language] and English Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented Preferred Skills: B2B/B2C sales experience Familiarity with CRM tools Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required) Knowledge of the local territory/market Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
