About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to promote and support the growth of our wellness and supplements product portfolio. This role serves as a key bridge between our e-commerce platform and healthcare/wellness professionals—helping increase brand visibility, drive recommendations, and support category growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion & Sales Growth

• Promote and detail the company’s wellness and supplement products—including dietary supplements, vitamins, beauty nutrition, pet care, and sports nutrition—to doctors, nutritionists, pharmacists, veterinarians, dieticians, gyms, and wellness centers.
• Drive product awareness and encourage recommendations that support traffic and conversions on the e-commerce platform.
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets in the assigned territory.

Relationship Building

• Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and category influencers.
• Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and follow-up meetings.
• Address product-related queries and provide scientific information and support.

Market Expansion

• Identify new market opportunities across clinics, pharmacies, fitness centers, pet clinics, and wellness institutions.
• Support on-ground promotions, sampling initiatives, and brand visibility activities.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Gather insights on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, activity reports, and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or supplement categories.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand product formulations and communicate benefits clearly.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field travel.
• Must be proficient in Hindi, English and Telugu.

Benifits

Salary + Commission on sales +Travelling Allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
