A Pharmaceutical Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers, to increase awareness, drive prescriptions, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement Product Promotion Relationship Building Sales Reporting and Documentation Education : Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications in marketing or business is a plus. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to explain complex medical information clearly and convincingly. High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented approach. Strong organizational skills and territory management capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Other Requirements : Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
