Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives with a background in pharmaceutical sales or marketing. The ideal candidate will transition from Medical Representative roles to building new business opportunities for our organization’s services.

You should have a keen interest in client engagement, relationship building, and pitching solutions to pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting pharmaceutical client corporate offices and healthcare organizations
  • Penetrating potential clients to build relationships and schedule meetings
  • Developing business proposals and sales pitches
  • Researching new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Facilitating the entire business development process: lead generation, client meetings, presentation building, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Keeping abreast of pharma industry trends and updates
  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and pharma industry events to expand networks
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Upto 3 years experience as Medical Representative / Pharma Sales Executive
  • Strong pharmaceutical knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry terminology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop presentations and business proposals
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strategic thinking in sales and the ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Qualifications:

  • B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in pharmaceutical or related fields
  • Female candidates preferred for this role

Work Schedule:

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday, 1st & 3rd Saturday
  • 50% office, 50% field work
