This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist based in Saligramam, Chennai. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and handling various administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, maintaining medical office records, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

Bilingual/Native proficiency in Tamil and English. Hindi and/or Tamil proficiency is added advantage.
Excellent proficiency in digital technology- using computers for Microsoft Office, Google Suite softwares. Knowledge in digital content creating/editing (eg. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Inshot) is an added advantage.
Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience in a Medical Office setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus

Remuneration:

Negotiable as per qualification

Timings:

12 pm to 8 pm, Sunday holiday.
