Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Quality Manager located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Medical Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing medical quality standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring clinical performance, conducting training sessions, collaborating with medical staff, and leading clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes.

• Experience in Clinical Research and Research
• Training and educational skills for medical professionals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, or related field
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
