Medical Officer

As a Medical Officer at the Hinjewadi Blood Centre in Hinjewadi phase 1, Pune, you will be responsible for providing medical expertise and care in a blood bank setting. Your role will involve working closely with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the blood bank and the well-being of blood donors and recipients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct medical assessments of blood donors to ensure eligibility for donation - Monitor and manage the health and safety of donors before, during, and after donation - Provide medical support and guidance to staff members in the blood bank - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all donors and recipients - Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and standards in the blood bank Qualifications Required: - MBBS degree from a recognized institution - Valid medical license to practice in India - Prior experience in a medical officer role, preferably in a blood bank or similar healthcare setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment,
