Medical Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Doctor & Referral Marketing

• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies regularly to promote the clinic.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external doctors to get patient referrals.
• Explain the medical services, specialties, and benefits offered by the clinic.

2. Field Promotion Activities

• Distribute marketing materials like brochures, pamphlets, and visiting cards.
• Promote health packages, new services, and specialist consultations in the community.
• Identify new areas and opportunities to grow patient footfall.

3. Health Camp & Event Coordination

• Organize and support free health camps, awareness programs and doctor meetups.
• Represent the clinic at social, corporate, and community events.

4. Market Intelligence

• Track local competitors’ activities, offers, and marketing strategies.
• Share feedback from the field to improve services and marketing efforts.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly field visit reports.
• Coordinate with the front office and operations team for smooth patient handling and follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements (Easy English):

• 3–6 years of experience in medical or hospital marketing.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Must know the local area and speak Tamil and English.
• Should have the ability to talk to doctors and explain services clearly.
• Own two-wheeler preferred for field travel.
• Should be well-dressed, polite, and confident.

Must be target-driven and willing to travel locally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
