Position : Medical Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should hold a DME-recognized 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with experience or a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), with or without prior work experience. Candidates having DMLT from CMAI/BSS will also be considered.

Hands-on knowledge of phlebotomy and the ability to operate semi-automatic laboratory machines is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood and other clinical samples (phlebotomy skills required).
• Perform routine diagnostic tests using semi-automatic laboratory equipment.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory records and patient reports.
• Ensure proper sample labeling, handling, and storage.
• Follow standard operating procedures for infection control and laboratory safety.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and patients to provide accurate and timely lab results.
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of lab instruments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:
• DME-recognized 2-year Diploma in DMLT OR
• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or
• DMLT from CMAI /BSS
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply.
• Essential Skills:
• Phlebotomy (blood collection techniques)
• Operation of semi-automatic laboratory machines
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting software)
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, reliable, patient-friendly, and able to work in a team. Remuneration or package depends upon experience and will de detailed during interview .

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
