Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performing urine toxicology screenings, analyzing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform urine toxicology screenings following standard protocols.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Accurately analyze and interpret results of toxicology tests.
• Prepare and maintain detailed laboratory reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in running urine toxicology screenings and preparing reports.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory protocols, safety, and quality assurance.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced toxicology analyzers and lab software.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines.
