Medical Illustrator

What will you do?

• Develop precise and visually compelling 2D/3D medical illustrations of human anatomy, diseases, treatments, and related subjects.
• Collaborate with medical writers, creative directors, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure visuals align with client marketing goals and project requirements.
• Translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, audience-friendly visuals for use by healthcare professionals.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, ZBrush, Blender, or similar software to create illustrations and models.
• Ensure all visuals adhere to scientific accuracy, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in medical illustration and visualization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

What will you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Illustration, Biomedical Visualization, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in medical illustration (both 2D and 3D).
• Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), ZBrush, Blender, or equivalent tools.
• In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to scientific accuracy.
