Key Responsibilities

• Editing & Review
• Verify citation information against original sources or PubMed (titles, authors, publication details, contact info).
• Edit reviews for format, grammar, content accuracy, and product/drug name correctness.
• Write or refine CME questions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and answerability.
• Craft or enhance engaging, concise headlines.
• Collaborate with medical proofers to ensure accuracy.
• Production & Submission
• Submit edited programs for proofing and integrate medical proof corrections.
• Finalize content for uploading into DocX and send to typeset.
• Maintain organized files (answers, critiques, PDFs, and supporting documents) on company servers.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
• Exceptional grammar, proofing, and editing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and urgent assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and natural curiosity.
