Medical Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director with 5 to 10 years of clinical and administrative experience and a postgraduation in Hospital Administration to lead our medical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong Hospital background combined with leadership and operational expertise in hospital or healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and evidence-based care. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols, performance metrics, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with hospital administration to optimize clinical operations and patient outcomes. Lead recruitment, training, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical staff. Review clinical performance data and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of collaboration, ethics, and continuous learning among clinicians and support teams. Represent the medical leadership in strategic planning meetings and external engagements. Qualifications: MBBS from a recognized institution. Postgraduation in Hospital Administration . 5 to 10 years of experience in similar position Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical governance, and health systems management.
