This role is key to ensuring Complaint resolving skills, empathetic, and effective support to our users via email and live chat. Responsibilities: • Respond to Complaint inquiries via email, chat, and phone. • Report Complaint based issues and escalate when necessary. • Maintain detailed records of Patient interactions. • Collaborate with the Complaint team to report issue or feedback. Required Qualifications: • Strong typing and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with support software (Sales Force). • MDR knowledge Required. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge for Dental Products. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce. Skills: • Problem-solving mindset. • Patience and empathy. • Tech-savvy and adaptable.
