As a member of the Data Operations Team at Loop, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean and accurate client data, ensuring seamless access to health insurance details for customers on the Loop app. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams such as Claims, Customer Support, and Engineering to deliver efficient client servicing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in data management, analytics, and technical capabilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and other tools for data validation, analysis, and entry - Input customer and member data accurately and efficiently from source documents into the database - Verify, validate, and organize information based on priorities to facilitate computer entry - Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors, coordinating with teams to ensure data accuracy - Generate reports, archive completed work, and perform backup operations - Address information queries and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation degree in medical field (pharmacists need not apply) - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or similar tools preferred - Ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision - Strong adherence to business requirements and guidelines for data handling Please note that we are specifically seeking energetic freshers with medical backgrounds to join our team.
